Vishnevsky ointment . Due to the content of xeroform, birch tar and fish oil or castor oil, the ointment ensures blood flow to the affected area of the skin. The main active ingredients have antimicrobial, astringent and drying effects. Thanks to the ointment, lipid tissues are gradually absorbed and released. The ointment is applied to the lipoma itself, covered with a sterile bandage on top, which is fixed with an adhesive plaster. As soon as the ointment dries, change the bandage. If all recommendations are followed, the wen should resolve in about five days.
Ichthyol ointment . A popular remedy for eliminating growths of various etiologies. It has a characteristic pungent odor and viscous consistency. A thin layer of ointment is applied to the wen, then a gauze bandage is applied. Changing the compress is required at least twice a day.
Ointment Videstim . The ointment is enriched with retinol, which ensures the breakdown of lipoma adipose tissue and helps to reduce or completely eliminate it. The product is applied twice a day to the lipoma area and covered with a sterile napkin. The duration of treatment varies from person to person.
Balm Karavaev (Vitaon) . A well-known drug that helps to remove lipoma on its own. Contains essential oils, as well as extracts of several medicinal plants. Iodine . Perhaps the most affordable remedy for removing wen, which is available in every pharmacy. It is mixed with vinegar in equal proportions, and then applied with a cotton pad to the body of the wen. The procedure is repeated three times a day until the lipoma resolves.
Hydrogen peroxide . Another inexpensive pharmaceutical product. They either make compresses with it, or simply lubricate the lipoma several times a day.

Traditional medicine

Traditional healers advise paying attention to various compresses, ointments and tinctures that help cope with such a delicate problem as a wen on the skin. The main thing is to make sure before using them that you are not allergic to one or another component. You can take action on lipoma using the following natural remedies:

Aloe . An ordinary aloe leaf will help get rid of wen on the face, back or other part of the body. It is cut lengthwise and fixed with a bandage or plaster. By the end of the second week, the lipoma should spontaneously open, after which the fatty contents will begin to come out of it, and the wound will soon heal.
Kalanchoe . The Kalanchoe leaf has exactly the same healing effect. It is glossy, so in order to extract the pulp, you must carefully remove a thin film from it. The plant is applied to the problem area for two to three weeks.
Celandine . The juice is squeezed out of the leaves of the plant, which is then applied pointwise, left for 15 minutes and washed off with warm water. The procedure is carried out three times a day. If a hole has formed in the central part of the lipoma, then you need to apply a bandage with pharmaceutical ointment.
Onion . First you need to bake a small onion in the oven. Then it is crushed using a grater, laundry soap is added in the form of shavings, and left overnight. Compresses are made twice a day for a month. Before each procedure, a fresh mixture is prepared.
Garlic . You need rendered lard (a tablespoon) and garlic juice (a teaspoon). The lipoma is lubricated with this mixture until it is completely eliminated.
Beet . Grate the mature root vegetable on a fine grater. Apply the paste to the lipoma, cover the top with cellophane, and stick an adhesive plaster on top of it. The compress is left overnight.
Nettle . Crushed dry nettle leaves (100 g) are placed in a large jar and filled with a liter of vodka. The container must be sealed. The product is infused for about a month, shaking from time to time. The resulting tincture is used for compresses. The duration of treatment depends on the individual characteristics of the body.
Coltsfoot . You can achieve success in treating wen by using fresh coltsfoot leaves. You can apply either a whole leaf or a crushed one to the sore spot. The procedure is performed three times a day.
Horse chestnut . If it is possible to purchase three chestnut fruits, then you can make a healing mask from them. The raw materials are finely chopped, a teaspoon of honey and aloe juice are added to it. The mass is applied to the lipoma and bandaged. The dressing is changed twice a day.
Red clay . If a wen appears on the back, how to get rid of it using clay? Three tablespoons of clay are mixed with two tablespoons of kefir and a small amount of salt. The prepared mixture is applied to the face or lipoma area, left for an hour, then washed off with water. There is a second option for clay treatment. A small cake is made from clay. To prepare it, mix the powder with water until a mass with a thick consistency is formed, which is then collected into a lump. The resulting cake is applied to the lipoma, secured with a bandage or plaster and left overnight.
Vegetable oil . Mix sunflower oil and vodka in equal proportions. The resulting mixture is used for compresses. They are applied to the wen for several hours. Treatment takes about a month.
Egg . Films of eggs are applied to the problem area, with polyethylene, a gauze bandage and an adhesive plaster on top. The compress is changed several times a day. It is not necessary to secure it, since the egg films hold securely without it. If, as a result of such treatment, the tumor begins to turn red and grow, do not panic - this is a normal phenomenon that indicates recovery.
Lamb fat . Two teaspoons of lamb fat are heated in a water bath. Rub and knead the lump on the skin with hot fat for ten minutes. Manipulations are carried out daily. To achieve faster results, you can combine this massage with cranberry compresses.
Sheep's wool . To remove wen, sheep wool coated with laundry soap is also used. If it is difficult to obtain wool, you can cut it from an old fur coat. First, the wool is washed, doused with boiling water, soaped and sprinkled with salt. Place it on the wen, securing it with a bandage. Within a week, fluid will begin to leak out of the lipoma, and the sore will begin to heal.

Postoperative care

In the first days after surgery to remove a lipoma, the patient must limit physical activity. You should not be in direct sunlight or visit the solarium, sauna or swimming pool. It is not recommended to use cosmetics in the wound area.
